Previous operative notes, discharge summaries, a current medication and supplement list, and recent blood work. Supplements matter more than most people expect: several common ones affect bleeding and must be stopped before surgery.
Almost everyone forgets at least one. The five worth asking every surgeon are: who performs the operation, where is it performed, who administers the anaesthesia, what is your revision rate for this procedure, and what is your policy if I am unhappy at nine months.

Yes, for patients outside Delhi NCR and for NRI patients. A video consultation covers history, goals, photographs and an indicative plan and cost. An in-person examination is still required before any surgery is scheduled, usually one to two days before the operation.
