Liposuction Surgery
VASER and power-assisted liposuction that removes stubborn fat permanently and retracts skin smoothly across the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms and back.
Read the full guideTwenty years, 8,500 procedures, and a practice built on one principle: the surgeon who assesses you is the surgeon who operates on you, and the surgeon who sees you at every follow-up afterwards.

Dr. Ashish Khare trained the long way round. After MBBS and a full general surgery residency, he completed an MCh in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, spending his formative years rebuilding tissue after burns, trauma and cancer resection. That is a different apprenticeship from the short-course aesthetic route, and it shapes how he operates today.
Reconstructive surgeons learn to respect blood supply, to plan for how tissue behaves at nine months rather than nine days, and to accept that the conservative option is usually the durable one. Patients notice this as a certain reluctance to overpromise. It is also why a meaningful proportion of the practice is revision work: correcting results from clinics where the aesthetic ambition outran the surgical planning.
He has practised in Gurgaon since 2009, and consults at Unit 4B, DLF Cyber Hub, Sector 24, minutes from Cyber Hub. Roughly a third of his patients travel in from Delhi, Noida and Faridabad, with a steady stream of NRI patients from the Gulf and the UK.

The highest surgical super-speciality qualification in India, awarded after MBBS and a general surgery residency. This, not a diploma or a short course, is the qualification that defines a plastic surgeon.
Registered with the NMC and the state medical council. The registration number is shared on request so you can verify it yourself on the public register before your consultation.
Member of APSI, the national professional body for plastic surgery in India, with continuing participation in its academic programme.
All surgery is performed in accredited theatres with a consultant anaesthetist present throughout and a documented overnight escalation protocol.
The largest part of the practice: liposuction, abdominoplasty, mommy makeover and gynecomastia surgery, including revision of work performed elsewhere.
Post-trauma, post-burn and post-oncology reconstruction continues alongside aesthetic work, which keeps the technical range and the judgement sharp.
There is no counsellor, no conversion target and no discount that expires on Friday. You are examined, photographed, measured and given a written plan. About one in six people who consult here are advised that surgery is not the right answer, either because the problem does not need it or because the timing is wrong.
Marking, operating and follow-up are all done by Dr. Khare personally. In hair transplantation this matters even more than elsewhere: hairline design and recipient-site creation, the two steps that determine whether a transplant looks natural, are done by the surgeon rather than by technicians.
Surgeon fee, anaesthetist, theatre, implants and consumables, garments, medication and every follow-up visit for twelve months, listed line by line before you commit. If a complication needs additional care within the covered period, that is not billed to you.
Every relevant complication, the realistic likelihood in your specific case, and the plan if it happens, are covered in writing at the consultation. Not at the pre-operative visit, and certainly not on the morning of surgery.
Early swelling flatters every outcome. Follow-up here runs at day three, week two, month three, month six and month twelve, and the photographs that go into the gallery are the nine-to-twelve-month ones. That is the honest timeframe on which any surgical result should be judged.
Patients rarely regret a conservative result. They regret an aggressive one. My job is to find the version of the outcome you will still be happy with in ten years, and then to build it properly.

"After two pregnancies I had loose skin and muscle separation that no amount of Pilates could fix. Dr. Khare explained exactly what a tummy tuck could and could not do. I was back at my desk in twelve days and I finally feel like myself again."
"I lived with this since school and put it off for fifteen years. The surgery took two hours, I went home the same evening and was back in the gym in three weeks. Genuinely wish I had done it a decade ago."
"What I liked most was that he refused to give me the nose I showed him on my phone, and explained what would actually suit my face. The result looks like me, not like surgery. Breathing is better too."
"The hairline was designed for my age instead of the teenage look people end up with. Dr. Khare did the slits himself. At month nine the density is exactly what the plan promised."
"Years of back and shoulder pain, gone. The consult was unhurried and every cost was itemised in writing before I paid anything. The nursing team checked on me every day of the first week."

More than twenty years across aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, with over 8,500 procedures performed. He has practised in Gurgaon since 2009 and consults at DLF Cyber Hub, Sector 24.
Yes, in every case. He conducts the consultation, does the pre-operative marking, performs the operation and sees you at every follow-up. No part of the surgical work is delegated to a junior surgeon or a technician, which is a meaningful difference from the chain-clinic model common across Delhi NCR.
Body contouring is the largest part of the practice: liposuction, tummy tuck and mommy makeover. He also performs gynecomastia surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, reduction and lift, and surgeon-performed hair transplantation. Reconstructive work after trauma and cancer continues alongside the aesthetic practice.
Yes. Second opinions are welcomed, including on plans made elsewhere, and Dr. Khare will tell you plainly if the plan you have been given is reasonable. Video consultation is available for patients outside Delhi NCR and for NRI patients, with in-person examination before any surgery is scheduled.
Search the National Medical Commission online register using the surgeon’s name and state medical council registration number. The register confirms the qualification and its year. Additionally, check that the operating facility is either NABH-accredited or attached to a licensed hospital, and ask which qualified anaesthetist will be present.
Two minutes from DLF Cyber Hub, with parking on site and easy access from the Golf Course Road and Sohna Road corridors.
A 40-minute assessment with the surgeon himself. Second opinions on plans made elsewhere are welcome, and video consultation is available for outstation and NRI patients.
