Unretouched photographs of Dr. Khare’s own patients, shot in identical lighting, pose and distance, published with written consent and with the time interval stated on every case. Individual results vary.
Each case lists the procedure, the patient’s age bracket, the technical detail that mattered, and how long after surgery the photograph was taken.

A results gallery is the most persuasive thing on any plastic surgery website, and also the easiest to manipulate. Before you let one influence your decision, run it through these five checks. They apply to this gallery as much as to anyone else’s.
Every gallery is a selection of the surgeon’s better work. The more useful question at a consultation is what the surgeon’s difficult cases looked like, what they would do differently, and what their revision rate is for your specific procedure. Ask it. The answer tells you more than any image.
"I met four surgeons in Gurgaon before choosing Dr. Khare. He was the only one who told me which areas would not respond well and why. Six months on, the abdomen and flanks are flat and the scars are invisible. No sales pressure at any point."
"After two pregnancies I had loose skin and muscle separation that no amount of Pilates could fix. Dr. Khare explained exactly what a tummy tuck could and could not do. I was back at my desk in twelve days and I finally feel like myself again."
"I lived with this since school and put it off for fifteen years. The surgery took two hours, I went home the same evening and was back in the gym in three weeks. Genuinely wish I had done it a decade ago."
"What I liked most was that he refused to give me the nose I showed him on my phone, and explained what would actually suit my face. The result looks like me, not like surgery. Breathing is better too."
"The hairline was designed for my age instead of the teenage look people end up with. Dr. Khare did the slits himself. At month nine the density is exactly what the plan promised."
"Years of back and shoulder pain, gone. The consult was unhurried and every cost was itemised in writing before I paid anything. The nursing team checked on me every day of the first week."
Yes. Every image in this gallery is of a patient operated on by Dr. Ashish Khare, published only with specific written consent that the patient can withdraw at any time. No stock imagery and no results from other surgeons appear here.
Between six and twelve months, with the interval stated on each case. Early photographs at four to six weeks flatter every result because swelling temporarily smooths the contour. Galleries that do not state a time interval should be treated with caution.
No two patients start from the same anatomy, so no two results are identical. What these images show is the standard of work and the kind of change that is achievable. At your consultation Dr. Khare will show you cases with a starting point similar to yours, which is far more informative than a generic gallery.
Patient privacy. Cropping preserves anonymity while keeping the surgical area fully visible and unretouched. Heavy blurring across the treated area, by contrast, can hide contour irregularities, and is worth questioning wherever you see it.
Yes. The full case archive is far larger than what is published here, and at your consultation Dr. Khare will show you cases matched to your anatomy, age and skin quality, including cases that did not go perfectly and why.
No. Lighting, camera distance, lens and pose are standardised between the before and after shots, and no smoothing, slimming or colour manipulation is applied. Inconsistent lighting between a before and an after image is the most common way a gallery is made to look better than the surgery was.
The published gallery is a fraction of the archive. At your consultation you will be shown cases with a starting point similar to yours, including the ones that were technically difficult.
